About Our Services

Owned and managed by a nurse, At Home Nursing began in 1998 and provides residents of Sonoma County with care in the comfort of their own homes. At Home Nursing provides hundreds of qualified caregivers who have been through our vigorous screening and application process. Our employees are skills tested, interviewed, referenced and background checked. We handle the payroll process, ensuring all deductions are taken legally.

Personal Care Attendant Level Home Care

Each new home care case is evaluated by a nurse at no charge. This allows the client, family and Nurse Care Manager to complete a Care Plan, and for the Care Manager to determine the caregiver-client personality match that is needed. Our Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) can assist with the following services:

Attendant care or personal care
Hourly, sleep shifts or live-ins
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Bathing assistance
Assistance with exercises or strengthening
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Household management
Errands and shopping assistance

Our Nurse Care Managers are available to provide the following:

Case Management and care oversight
Medi-set fills weekly
Skilled Nursing care
