Facility Staffing
At Home Nursing Registry provides temporary, short term and long term supplemental staff in a variety of settings. We hire
RNs (Registered Nurses), LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses), LPTs (Licensed Psychiatric Technicians), CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants),
and Sitters.
All of our personnel have been background checked, tested, interviewed, reference checked and meet all the qualifications under Title 22 and JCAHO.

Our staff are scheduled as far in advance as possible but many times, we receive requests for staff on the same day when staffing
patterns fluctuate because of staff absence and patient admissions. We make every opportunity when blocks of shifts are given to
us to staff our employees consistently at one location as much as possible.
This provides our clients with staff who are more oriented and familiar with the facility and gives our employees better job satisfaction because of their comfort level.
